DIRECTOR
Ms. Nondumiso Mchunu is an admitted attorney of the High Court who practices under the Law Society of the Northern Provinces. She holds an LLB degree from North West University. In addition to the LLB, she holds a certificate in Money Laundering Control and a Diploma in Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts.
She has gained experience in RAF, Civil matters, defendant’s work for PRASA personal injury claims and civil litigation, High, Regional and Magistrates court litigation, debt collection on behalf of Municipalities and Labour law.
Over the years she has practiced in various arrears of law including but not limited to Magistrates Court, Regional and High Court litigation. She is currently involved in various matters of civil litigation, drafting of legal opinions, reviewing of legal Agreements and Contracts, Labour matters, Debt Collection, Family Law, RAF matters and Appeals to the Supreme Court of Appeal.

We are focused on reaching an agreement on disputed issues as quickly as possible, whilst adhering to the legal standards. This means that, in an ideal situation, parties can avoid legal action in court by settling the matter through their attorneys. However, we are prepared to attend Court to represent our clients in legal disputes, such as Divorces, Child custody, maintenance etc.
